Caseload: Middle & High School students

Caseload Size: 1015 students

Travel: Required between 15 school sites
Job Summary
As a School Social Worker, you will:

Support students' academic achievement by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community services

Develop and implement intervention strategies
-
Collaborate with staff and families to promote student well-being
Requirements

Valid School Social Worker certification/license in Kansas (or eligibility by start date)

Experience with middle and high school populations preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
